WINTER RATES 2018/2019
Weekly rates

Prices are per week and include:

• bedding
• power consumption
• consumption of hot and cold water
• heating (winter only)
• ski and boot room with wardrobe dryer
• parking

By fee:

• Garage Euro 10 per day

Towels and kitchen cloths are not provided.

A confirmation is required a deposit of 25% to be sent by bank transfer.
The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The apartments can be occupied only by persons agreed on the booking (the children are considered adults). In case you have one or more of those booked, the owner has the right to accept or not or to charge any extra.
At the departure, the flat must be left perfectly clean and under the same conditions found on arrival. It 'requires a deposit of 150 Euros which will be returned to the customer, after checking the state of the apartment.

Check-in from 16.00 to 19.00
Check-out until 9.00
